G MASS (part of the Good Together group) recognises that all companies have a responsibility to prevent Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking within their businesses. Our organisation delivers consultancy solutions across multiple verticals.

2. Our Policy on Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that we take all reasonable measures to prevent Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking within our business and supply chain. This includes but is not limited to:

• Not withholding any individuals documents as part of the employment

• Providing clear and legible contracts in a language understood by the individual

• Ensuring compliance with all legislation and regulations

• Not including clauses restricting an individual’s ability to decline / terminate their work arrangements

• Carrying out Annual Due Diligence on any suppliers used in the delivery of our services

G MASS believes in acting with integrity and ensuring that our systems are effective in identifying any potential risks. Our business also places significant importance on working with clients who recognise their responsibilities towards eliminating this issue.

3. Due Diligence Process for Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking

As part of its commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking, G MASS operates robust due diligence processes within its business and supply chains. These include:

• Verification of identity and right-to-work checks for all candidates

• Compliance checks aligned with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements

• Proportionate due diligence on suppliers during onboarding and ongoing review

• Clear reporting mechanisms for employees to raise concerns confidentially

Any concerns raised are investigated promptly and addressed in line with company policies.

4. Risk Assessment & Risk Management

Due to the nature of its operations as a consultancy, G MASS considers the overall risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within its business and supply chains to be low. Potential risk areas may include the use of temporary labour and engagement with third-party suppliers.

To mitigate these risks, the business has an in-house compliance team who undertake appropriate compliance checks, limits its use of suppliers to a small number of trusted providers, and requires adherence to relevant policies and ethical standards.

5. Effectiveness and Performance Indicators

G MASS monitors the effectiveness of its approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking through the following measures:

• Mandatory annual modern slavery training for all staff

• Ongoing compliance and right-to-work checks

• Annual review of suppliers and relevant policies

• Monitoring and reporting of any incidents or concerns

During the financial year 2024/25, no incidents of modern slavery or human trafficking were identified within the business or its supply chains.

6. Training

All employees working at G MASS areeducated on the issues relating to Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking andidentifying the potential signs of this. All staff who are responsible forrecruitment receive additional information in relation to our recruitmentprinciples and are required to comply with our code of practice.

 

Thisstatement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 andconstitutes G MASS’ Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement for thefinancial year 2025 / 26.
